About SHOP225

Italian Pizza in Pascoe Vale South Made for Everyone at the Table

SHOP225 was founded in 2016 by Lorenzo Tron of Trieste and Roberto Davoli of Reggio Emilia. What started as a neighbourhood pizza shop grew around a simple idea: authentic Italian food should be accessible to everyone.


That idea still shapes the restaurant today. wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta and gnocchi sit alongside an inclusive approach for coeliac, vegan, vegetarian, halal conscious and dairy free diners.


SHOP225 was the first pizza restaurant in Australia accredited by Coeliac Australia, and its wider Food for Everyone philosophy is built around giving every guest the same quality and the same place at the table.
