I am celiac, and this is definitely one of the best gluten free pizza bases I’ve tried! It’s not too gummy/sticky and the crust is very bouncy and fluffy. I loved it! The normal pizzas looked amazing as well. Definitely worth a try if you are celiac / gluten free.

What a joy to discover that Australia’s #1 voted pizza (and the 28th worldwide) is also Coeliac Australia accredited. The GF pizza base is DIVINE, and there are tons of vegetarian, vegan and halal options. It may be a 30-40 minute tram ride out of Melbourne CBD, but it’s conveniently located right outside a tram stop and well worth the journey. Make sure to book so you don’t miss out.
