Our Story

Where it all began

Founded in 2016 by Lorenzo Tron of Trieste and Roberto Diavoli of Reggio Emilia, SHOP225 started as a quiet neighbourhood pizza shop with a big idea that authentic Italian food should be accessible to everyone.


What began on a single street in Pascoe Vale has grown into one of Australia's most awarded pizzerias. But the soul of what we do has never changed.
