A Neighbourhood Pizzeria

for Everyone

Tucked away in Pascoe Vale, SHOP 225 is a little slice of Italy built on the belief that great food should bring everyone together. What began as a neighbourhood pizza shop has become a destination for authentic Italian dining that welcomes all, whether you're vegan, gluten-free, coeliac, or simply passionate about exceptional pizza.


Founded in 2016 by Lorenzo Tron of Trieste and Roberto Diavoli of Reggio Emilia, SHOP 225 was built on a simple vision: to bring authentic, high-quality Italian food to everyone.


Every dish is made with the same care, tradition and respect for flavour that defines Italian gastronomy. We don't see dietary requirements as limitations, to us, they're an opportunity to create a table where everyone can share in the experience together, without compromise on taste or quality.
