It started with a drive. When co-founder Lorenzo Tron's vegan mother visited from Italy, the family crossed Melbourne looking for plant-based Italian food she could eat, and kept coming home disappointed.
So in 2016, he and Roberto Davoli built the opposite of that: a pizzeria where coeliacs, vegans, halal-observant, vegetarians, and everyone else sit at the same table, at the same time, eating the same way. A dedicated gluten-free room, house-made vegan cheeses, and Coeliac Australia accreditation make it real, not a footnote on the menu.
Now people travel across the city, and the country, for exactly that.

“We have been here many times, and the food and service are exceptional. As a coeliac, this is my favourite place, as I know it is coeliac-certified and the flavours and quality of the food are high. My husband, who is not coeliac, has tried the gluten-free options and enjoyed them, whilst he also had normal options.
Great service and friendly. The last time I could, they also explained the way the cook gluten-free pizza in a different room. Amazing.
